Moringa meat/chicken recipe
5 table spoon of leaf powder
1 pound of dried fish or chicken
1/4 cup of peanut butter
5 table spoon of oil
1 medium onion chopped
You can use salt and pepper to taste. Add and water peanut butter to the pan. Now bring it to boil then add chicken pieces/fish pieces and cook for 20 minutes. Pour oil and chopped onion in medium heat. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes add salt and pepper and to taste.
Chicken moringa soup recipe
1 medium sized chicken cut in convenient sizes
2 cloves garlic crushed
1.2 onion medium size 1 cup fresh corn
5 cups water
4 table spoon cooking oil
1/2 cup moringa leaves washed and sorted
2-3 table spoon soy sauce
Heat the cooking oil in sauce pan slowly. Saute garlic, onion corn and chicken until golden brown. Add soy sauce cover and simmer over medium heat add water. Cook until chicken is tender, add moringa leaves. Cover and cook it for 2-4 minutes more.
Moringa vegetable stew
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp mustard
4 tbsp olive oil
sea salt
organic ground pepper
2 tsp moringa oleifera herb powder
2 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 egg yolk
4 tsp olive oil
2 pinches of salt
3 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh cream
¼ tsp turmeric
1 clove crushed garlic
sauted mushrooms and shallots
¼ lb parmesan or goat cheese, shaved or crumbled
Prepare greens, add asparagus, beet slices, sprinkle on mushrooms, shave or crumble cheese onto salad, then drizzle with dressing. Shake the dressing and keep it aside. Then use it to top cottage cheese with tomato slices on the side.
Add moringa oleifera leaf powder to stews and curries, green chicken posole, green roasted salsa, pea soups such as lentil or split-pea. Grind meat in meat grinder to set on the coarse grind. Add garlic, salt red chile, oil and mix by hand chorizo is ready to freeze or cook and serve.
Moringa burritos
Ingredients include 12 ounces fresh Mexican Chorizo, homemade cheese 2 tablespoon, 6 Burrito size tortillas, 1 green pepper, diced 1 small yellow onion, diced 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, diced 6-8 small red potatoes, 1 tablespoon oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and 1 table spoon of powder.
Rinse potatoes in water and pierce them with a fork. Place them on a plate and microwave for about 5 minutes to get cooking process going. Cut them into small cubes, potatoes can be partially cooked, in a pan, heat chorizo till brown and break it up. After cooking it a few minutes, add cut poblano pepper and diced onion. Cooking should be continued until the chorizo is cooked through.
Remove the chorizo, peppers and onions from the pan. When the oil is hot, add in the diced potatoes, salt and pepper. When the potatoes are lightly browned and completely cooked, add in the chorizo mixture. Remove the chorizo/potato mixture from pan and wipe it out with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Adjust the heat on the skillet to medium-low and heat the tortillas.
Begin filling the burritos with about 3/4 cup of the chorizo/potato mixture. Top with homemade warm cheese and then roll-up. This recipe yields at least 6 burritos, possibly more depending on how full you fill each one. Preparation time is totally 30-40 minutes. You can also try a different recipes incorporating moringa tree leaf powder as a healthy ingredient.
